Gabi graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Kent State University. Gabriela Boatright, M.A., CCC-SLP Speech-Language Pathologist Sierra is from Florida and is equally in love with the beach and the mountains! She enjoys being outdoors with her husband, traveling to anywhere a plane can go, snuggling “Baby Kitty,” her black bob-tailed cat, and spending time with her friends and family. Sierra graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in communication science and disorders and received her master’s degree from Valdosta State University. While Sierra enjoys treating a variety of speech and language needs, she has special interests in childhood apraxia of speech and feeding/oral function disorders. She is licensed in the states of Georgia and Florida. Sierra is level 1 PROMPT trained, trained in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), safety-care trained, trained in Beckman Oral Motor, proficient in basic sign language, and maintains her certificate of clinical competence (CCC) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Sierra is passionate about helping children of all ages reach their highest potential! She utilizes an individualized therapy approach for every child, striving to address the primary needs of the child and concerns of caregivers, while making therapy fun for all.įrom caretaking to therapy, Sierra has worked with children with autism spectrum disorders for 15 years. They have a Vizla pup named Hank and two cats- Bo and Dexter. She lives in Thunderbolt, GA with her husband, son, and daughter. Whereas her passion truly lies with working hands-on with the kiddos, she enjoys the challenge of managing a private practice and continues to learn all she can to help lead Chatterbox in the direction to help children reach their fullest potential. She is trained in Beckman Oral Motor, Talk Tools, LAMP therapy approaches and is Level 1 PROMPT trained.īeth has experience working with the public school system, serving preschool and school-aged children in both school and community based settings prior to entering in private outpatient therapy in 2010. She also enjoys working with children with Severe/Profound Developmental Delays, articulation/phonological disorders, apraxia of speech, language disorders, fluency disorders, and a wide variety of developmental disabilities. Beth has extensive experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis/Verbal Behavior Therapy and has a special interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. Beth went on to receive her Bachelor of Science from N.C. As early as the seventh grade, she began volunteering in the Autism/TEACH classroom at her middle school in Charlotte, North Carolina.
